Customer Rewards Program

New Customers: are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program when you place your first order with us and will start receiving all applicable perks and discounts that pertain to our level for the entire enrollment period of one year. When either a one-time order or your annual order volume reaches the next tier you will automalically be enrolled into that level for a full year.
Enrollment time is 12 months from the first purchase date and is renewable each January.

Existing Customers: are automatically enrolled into our Rewards Program and will start receiving your discounts from this point forward based on last year's purchases.

SILVER MEMBER 5% Discount Opening order of $500 or $ 2,500 annually
GOLD MEMBER 10% Discount Opening order of $1,500 or $ 5,000 annually
PLATINUM MEMBER 15% Discount Opening order of $2,500 or $ 10,000 annually

Reward Program discounts do not apply to sale items or promotional items.
To maintain your current discount reward level, your annual purchases must meet or exceed the dollar amount required in your tier.

Terms & Conditions

1. A completed physical copy of tax resale certificate or documentation of a valid resale number (excluding AK,DE,NH,MT,OR).
2. A valid physical copy of business licenses is required.
3. Please include billing/shipping address, phone/fax/email, and a contact person.
4. Adams & Co. reserves the right to approve or disapprove any qualifying business for an account.

1. We do not have a minimum opening or subsequent order amount to meet. (Order under $100 do have $17 flat shipping rate).
2. Credit card will not be billed until order is processed for shipment.
3. Net 30 applications are available upon request and terms giver OAC.
4. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred by the customer's financial institution due to funds.
5. Items must be ordered in increments of minimum quantity; otherwise, item will automatically be adjusted to the next increment.

We know nothing is more frustrating than being surprised by high shipping rates - Adams and Co. has a simple way of letting you know what your shipping rates are before you even place your order.

Shipments are sent FOB, Cedar City, Utah, and are subjects to shipping changes (See Chart).

1. Back-orders will be sent upon availability if invoice is $50 or greater unless otherwise directed in writing.
2. Back-orders under $50 will be cancelled unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Unshipped holiday items will automatically be cancelled.

1. Notification of damages or any discrepancies with your order must be received within 14 days (Damage forms available upon request.
2. Other returns cannot be accepted - we consider all sales final.
3. Authorized return items:
• Must be in original package and boxing.
• Adams & Co. item labels must be on product and intact.
• No store tags, labels, or stickers on product.
• Packaged as to not be damaged in return shipment.
• Shipping cannot be refunded.

1. Changes to orders can be made until processed for shipping.

1. Please notify Adams & Co. regarding any and all changes to your company's account, including ownership, buyer, address, and credit card charges.
2. Returned checks are subjects to a $30 fee and credit card on file will be charged.
